1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.10.2019 No. 1158.
2. In paragraph one of Item 3 and the paragraph the second Item 6 of the Procedure for the carrying out qualification of cogeneration installation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 29, 2006 No. 1670 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 48, Art. 3203; 2011, No. 61, the Art. 2427) to replace the word of Ministry of Economic Development with the word Ministry of Regional Development.
3. In the text of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for the state support of actions for energy saving via the mechanism of the reduction in cost of the credits approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 439 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 31, the Art. 1328, No. 92, Art. 3344; 2012, No. 64, Art. 2617; 2014, No. 64, the Art. 1768) to replace the word of Ministry of Economic Development with the word Ministry of Regional Development in the corresponding case.
