About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services approved by the Order GGNI No. 1223 of 26.08.2014.

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of tax administration and based on the item c) h. (1) I ORDER to Art. 133 of the Tax code:

1. To make the following changes and additions to the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services approved by the Order GGNI No. 1223 of 26.08.2014:

1) In Item 1 of the word "The law No. 264-XV of 15.07.2004 "About the electronic document and the digital signature" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 132-137, the Art. 710) "shall be replaced with words" the law No. 91 of 29.05.2014 on the digital signature and the electronic document (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. 2) In Item 2:
