About amendment and change of the Order GGNI No. 1223 of 26.08.2014.

For the purpose of optimization of use of electronic tax services and according to the Art. 133 parts (1) лит.с) the Tax code ORDER:

1. Change and add the Order on approval of the Instruction on procedure for use of electronic tax services No. 1223 of 26.08.2014 as follows:

1) In Item 2 appendices to the Order in the concept "responsible person" after the word "head" to add with the following syntagma "/person fulfilling the head's duties" and further in the text.

2) In all text of appendix to the specified order the word "head" to replace with syntagma "head/person fulfilling the head's duties" stated in the corresponding case and sort.

Item 6 of appendix to the order to add 3) lit.a)-1 and a)-2 following of content:

"a)-1 notarized copy of the decision of governing body of the legal entity or the founder (founders) about appointment of person providing substitution of position of the head of the legal entity";

"a)-2 submission of the notarized copy of the charter of the legal entity in case the position of the deputy manager or other position which in absence period of the head (annual leave, medical leave, official journey) grants the right to substitution and/or the right to sign legal acts to which also the standard agreement about connection to electronic tax services of legal entities belongs, including the enclosed proof of absence of the head is provided in the charter if it belongs to the right to substitution of the head of the legal entity".

2. To provide to management of legal aid of GGNI publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
