According to Articles 7, of 15, of 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 69 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to the Law of Ukraine "About the state statistics" on creation of bank statistical information, on accomplishment of obligations of the National Bank of Ukraine to the International Monetary Fund within memorandums of economic and financial policy in connection with adoption of the regulatory legal act by the National Bank of Ukraine by determination by banks of Ukraine of the extent of credit risk on active banking activities, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting represented to the National Bank of Ukraine, Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 1, 2016 to No. 129 (with changes) which are attached.

2. To department of statistics and reporting (Polovnev Yu. A.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this resolution.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
