About modification of the List of the document types connected with ensuring social protection of citizens who shall arrive in archive organizations in case of liquidation of the companies, organizations, the organizations which are not relating to sources of forming of National Archive Fund

According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About National Archive Fund and archive organizations", "About the higher education" I order to part two of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the List of the document types connected with ensuring social protection of citizens who shall arrive in archive organizations in case of liquidation of the companies, organizations, the organizations which are not relating to sources of forming of National Archive Fund, No. 430/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 14, 2013 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 18, 2013 for No. 428/22960 (with changes), the following changes:

1) paragraphs two, third Item 2.5 of the Section II to state in the following edition:

"By results of examination of value for further storage the separate document types specified in this List are selected and transferred in the arranged condition according to the inventory of cases to body of the highest level if it exists in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the respective area, the cities of Kiev, Sevastopol.
