About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. Make to the section I of the Regulations on the Heritable register approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 07, 2011 No. 1810/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 11, 2011 on No. 831/19569 (with changes), the following changes:

To add 1) after Item 1.2 with new Item 1.3 of the following content:

"1.3. Registrars of the Heritable register (further - the Registrar) are:

1.3.1. Offices of notary public, the Public notarial Records Offices, the private notaries having access to the Heritable register through information network of Ministry of Justice concerning the certified wills, heritable agreements, and also changes in them, cancellation of wills and termination of heritable agreements, the opened heritable cases and the granted certificates on the right to inheritance.

1.3.2. State company "National Information Systems" and its regional branches relatively:

the wills certified by officials of local government bodies;

wills, heritable agreements certified by consular establishments of Ukraine, and also changes in them, cancellations of wills and termination of the heritable agreements opened by such organizations of heritable cases and the certificates on the right to inheritance granted by them;
