About modification of the Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 500 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 81, Art. 2288; 2015, No. 28, the Art. 812, No. 40, the Art. 1218, No. 80, the Art. 2670), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service

1. In Item 1 to replace the word "(National civil service)" with the word of "(NAGS)", and after words "public service" to add with the words "in public authority, other state body, its device (secretariat)".

2. To add the subitem 1 of Item 3 after words of "public service" with the words "and concerning personnel management in state bodies".

3. State item 4 in the following edition:

"4. NAGS according to the tasks assigned to it:

1) generalizes practice of application of the legislation on the questions which are within its competence develops suggestions for improvement of this legislation and introduction in accordance with the established procedure of drafts of legal acts, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

2) prepares notes and offers for the laws adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine which arrived for the signature to the President of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;
