About modification of some regulatory legal acts of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine

According to Item of 1 part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", to Item 13 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1070, to Item 97 of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of the financial services (except professional activity in the security market) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 7, 2016 No. 913, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services decided:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for provision of financial services by pawnshops approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of April 26, 2005 No. 3981, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 14, 2005 for No. 565/10845, the following changes:

1) in Item 1.2 of Section 1:

third to exclude the paragraph.

With respect thereto the fourth - the ninth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs third - the eighth;
