1.3.2. the fourth subitem 4.4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the system of video surveillance providing control of in perimeter of the territory of departmental PTO, control in the customs control zone, in other places where there are goods and vehicles which are under customs control, and also providing video and audiocontrol of workplaces of officials of the customs authorities making customs transactions in departmental PTO, with information access, arriving from workplaces of officials of customs authorities only to officials of customs authorities;".

2. To the Minsk central customs according to Item 1 of this resolution to make changes to databases of normative reference information and to bring them to customs.

3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

3.1. subitems 1.1. 3, 1.1. 5, 1.2.6 and 1.2.7 Items 1 - since December 20, 2016;

3.2. subitem 1.3 of Item 1 - in three months after official publication of this resolution;

3.3. other provisions of this resolution - in ten days after its official publication.
