1. This Provision determines procedure for carrying out open competitive selection of projects (actions) specified in paragraphs the second, fourth and fifth to part one of Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming and use of means of innovative funds approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2012 No. 357, and financed by means of republican centralized innovative fund.
2. In this Provision terms and their determinations in the values established by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2012 No. 357 are used.
3. For consideration of project materials (actions) by the State committee on science and technologies (further - GKNT) creates interdepartmental tender committee (further - tender committee).
