To exclude 1) in Item 5.4 of the Section V of the word "according to the schedule of sale of shares (share)";

Subitem 7.5.1 of Item 7.5 of the Section VII to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "The auction for method of reduction of price is held in the presence of at least two participants.";

3) in the Section VIII:

in Item 8.6:

to "National depositary system" shall be replaced with words words to "depositary system of Ukraine";

state Item 8.7 in the following edition:
