3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 3, 1996 No. 1083 "About approval of the Regulations on military transport obligation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 36, the Art. 343).
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
