rates for oil transportation services on bulk distribution lines of Gomeltransneft Friendship open joint stock company in the territory of the Republic of Belarus when implementing payments in Belarusian rubles according to appendix 2;
rates for oil transportation services on bulk distribution lines of Gomeltransneft Friendship and Polotsktransneft Friendship open joint stock companies in the territory of the Republic of Belarus when implementing payments in foreign currency according to appendix 3 in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Belarus.
