a) in item 4 of the Regulations on the State Anti-Drug Committee:

state the subitem "an" in the following edition:

"a) preparation of offers to the President of the Russian Federation on forming of state policy in the field of counteraction to drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors, complex rehabilitation and resocialization of persons performing illegal consumption of drugs or psychotropic substances and also on enhancement of the legislation of the Russian Federation in this area;";

in the subitem "v" of the word of "federal target programs" shall be replaced with words "state programs of the Russian Federation";

b) in the subitem "v" of item 4 of the Regulations on the counter-narcotics commission in the subject of the Russian Federation words of "regional target programs" shall be replaced with words "state programs of the subject of the Russian Federation".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
