Permit the organizations - developers and producers of military products to whom according to paragraphs second and third Item 2 of article 12 of the Federal Law of July 19, 1998 No. 114-FZ "About military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states" the right to implementation of foreign trade activity concerning military products was provided before entry into force of the Federal Law of February 15, 2016 to No. 16-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Military and Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation with Foreign States", to fulfill current commitments on contracts in foreign trade in the field of military and technical cooperation, and also to sign contracts in foreign trade by results of study of addresses of foreign customers, if their study was charged in accordance with the established procedure to the called organizations by Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation till July 1, 2016 and to fulfill obligations on such contracts.
