Approve the enclosed Rules of payment of one-time cash encouragement to one of parents (adoptive parents) in case of rewarding with the award "Parent Glory", medal of the award "Parent Glory" or mother in case of assignment by it of rank "Mother heroine" and financial provision of the expenses connected with the specified payment.

2. To make to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation explanations on application of the Rules approved by this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
