Regulations on guardianship and custody bodies

1. General provisions

1. The regulations on guardianship and custody bodies (further - this Provision) determine the legal basis of the organization and activities of guardianship and custody bodies in the field of providing and protection of the rights of children, including orphan children, children without parental support, and also the full age persons recognized by court incapacitated, or limited by court in capacity or persons who for health reasons cannot independently perform the rights and fulfill the duties.

2. The relations arising in connection with establishment, implementation and the termination of guardianship and custody, power of guardianship and custody bodies of the right and obligations of guardians and custodians constitute subject of regulation of this provision.

3. Activities for guardianship and custody are based on the basis of the following principles:
