According to part five of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine" and article 57 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police", for the purpose of assessment of business, professional, personal qualities of faces of the private and the commanding structure of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine I order:
1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out certification of faces of the private and the commanding structure of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To department of personnel (N.P.'s Owl) to provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 2, 2013 No. 2543/5 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out certification of faces of the private and the commanding structure of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 2, 2013 for No. 2049/24581.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
