About measures for accomplishment of the Resolution of the UN Security Council No. 2270 of March 2, 2016

1. To all public institutions, industrial, trade, financial, transport and other bodies, credit institutions and not credit financial credit institutions, other legal entities and physical persons which are under jurisdiction of the Russian Federation in the activities to recognize that since March 2, 2016 and until the special order:

1) the measures provided by subitems "an" and "b" of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 27, 2007 No. 665 "About measures for accomplishment of the resolution of the UN Security Council 1718 of October 14, 2006" also should be applied in the relation:

any objects, materials, the equipment, goods, except for food and drugs (further - objects), and technologies which can promote implementation of the nuclear program of Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the program for ballistic missiles or other programs of Democratic People's Republic of Korea connected with weapons of mass destruction and also to directly promote development of operational potential of armed forces of Democratic People's Republic of Korea;

the objects intended for repair, servicing, recovery, testing, copying and marketing irrespective of whether the ownership to them were transferred;

all types of weapon, including small arms and light weapons, and the related appliances, and also financial transactions, technical training, advisory help, services or assistance which are connected with delivery, production, operation or use of such weapon and appliances;
