According to the paragraph of the subitem 62 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 21, 2015 No. 32, for the purpose of review and reduction in compliance with the current legislation of the Method of calculation of the sizes of indemnification caused to the state as a result of above-standard emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air I order the fourth:
1. Approve Changes in the Method of calculation of the sizes of indemnification caused to the state as a result of above-standard emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air, approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of December 10, 2008 No. 639, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 21, 2009 on No. 48/16064, which are applied.
2. The state ecological inspection of Ukraine (the Stutterer A.M.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
