About modification of Rules of sales of goods to order and out of trade or office rooms

According to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of normative legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" I order to No. 731:

1. Bring in Rules of sales of goods to order and out of trade or office rooms, the Ministries of Economics of Ukraine approved by the order of April 19, 2007 No. 103, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2007 for No. 1181/14448, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

add Item 1.2 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In these Rules the concept "electronic document" is used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About electronic documents and electronic document management";

third Item 1.4 to be reworded as follows the paragraph:

"In documents registration certificate numbers of compliance or the certificate on recognition of compliance shall be specified the goods which are subject to obligatory certification in the state system of certification.";

in Item 1.12:

in paragraph one after the word "document" to add with words "(the electronic document)";

in the paragraph the second ambassador of the word of "document" to add with words "(the electronic document)";

"Regulating documents" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 2.6 of the Section II of the word "regulatory legal acts, regulating documents or the agreement";
