To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the ministries, departments, local executive bodies of the government, the organizations and organizations, irrespective of patterns of ownership, within the provided budgetary funds, special means, attraction of financial resources of private sector and at the expense of other means which are not contradicting the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for the realization specified Concepts and to annually provide information on the course of its accomplishment in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
