According to requirements of Articles 6, of 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of work of bank system in the extraordinary Board of the National Bank of Ukraine mode decide:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction on the organization of work of bank system in the extraordinary mode approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 22, 2014 No. 435, which are applied.

2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

Changes in the Instruction on the organization of work of bank system in the extraordinary mode

1. To state paragraph two of Item 10 of the Section I in the following edition:

"Banks, Operational and territorial administrations in coordination with National Bank can perform account transactions of banks which work in SEP is suspended, within balance on their accounts using for such bank of the mode of blocking of means on correspondent account in the amount of the available credit and interest for using by it for a period of up to its return. The interest rate for use of such credit can be established at the level of blank credit overnight".
