1. Approve the Procedure for production of documents and forms of strict accounting and the reporting, their distribution, and also control of the subjects making such printed materials it (is applied).

2. To assign control of production of documents and forms of strict accounting and the reporting and their distribution to the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. To the ministries and departments, and also organizations, the companies and the organizations, irrespective of their patterns of ownership:

- annually till October 1 to represent to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan the annual requirement on documents and forms of strict accounting and the reporting;

- till March 1, 2017 to provide to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan on registration and accounting all samples of the printed material of strict accounting and the reporting made and used in the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. The documents and forms of strict accounting and the reporting unaccounted and unregistered in the relevant ministries and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure, are recognized invalid.

5. The procedure for production, use and document distribution and forms of strict accounting and the reporting of the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan is determined by its internal regulatory legal acts.
