About approval of Changes in User Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment

According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry", I order to the Regulations on the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 382, for the purpose of observance of single provisions and requirements for the organization of operation of electroinstallations of consumers of electricity which accomplishment will ensure reliable, safe and effective functioning of these electroinstallations and reductions in compliance with the legislation:

1. Approve Changes in User Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of July 25, 2006 No. 258, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2006 on No. 1143/13017 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of February 13, 2012 No. 91) which are applied.

2. To department of electrical power complex (Buslavets A. A.) provide:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Korzun A. V.
