For the purpose of implementation of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 29, 2016 "About the republican budget for 2017 - 2019" and the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2016 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2017 - 2019" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 775

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2017 by regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on implementation of the caused monetary assistance on the Orleu project.

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide transfer of the approved amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To provide to akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:

1) timely and target use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers;

2) submission to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of reports on use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers to the 10th following reporting.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017 and is subject to official publication.
