1. In Rules of financial provision of expenses on provision to citizens of the government public assistance in type of set of the social services approved by the specified resolution:

a) to state the paragraph of the seventh of Item 24.1 in the following edition:

"State of emergency - the number of citizens from among the faces included in the Federal register of persons having the right to the government public assistance who as of October 1 of the year preceding the next year will have in the next year the right to set of social services in the form of social service in provision of journey on rail transport of the suburban message;";

b) in appendix No. 1 to the specified Rules: exclude Item 1;
