In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 20, 2016 "About measures for enhancement of activities of the Agency for intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 24, 2016 No. 394 "About approval of the Regulations on the Agency on intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-2637:
1. Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 7, 2013 No. 322 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for education and use of extrabudgetary funds of the Agency on intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 12, the Art. 87) according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to allocate to the Agency on intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan limit for content of 1 unit of personal motor transport, in addition to earlier set limit.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Information analysis department concerning youth policy, culture, information systems and telecommunications of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
