1. Establish:

form of the delivery-acceptance certificate of cutting area according to appendix 1;

form of the transfer act according to appendix 2.

2. Approve enclosed:

The instruction about procedure for otgranicheniye on the area of the sites of forest fund provided for forest utilization;

The instruction about procedure for transfer of sites of forest fund to the legal entities conducting forestry in case of the termination of the right of forest utilization.

3. This resolution becomes effective since December 31, 2016.
