About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes) (further - Changes) which are applied.

2. Bring in Item 2 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 19, 2015 No. 806 "About calculation with banks of Ukraine of standard rates of the capital taking into account credit risk" the following changes:

Subitem 2 to exclude 1);

3 figures and the words "on March 19, 2003 No. 124, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 7, 2003 at No. 353/7674" to replace 2) in the subitem with figures and the words "on March 1, 2016 No. 129".

3. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.
