About calculation of need for federal special brands for marking of wine-making products and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning marking of wine-making products

1. Approve enclosed:

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning marking of wine-making products;

form of calculation of need for federal special brands for marking of wine-making products agricultural producers.

2. Determine that:

a) calculation of need for federal special brands (further - brands) is made for marking of wine-making products by the agricultural producers (the organizations, individual entrepreneurs, peasant farms) recognized by those according to the Federal Law "About Development of Agricultural Industry" (further - agricultural producers), using computer aids and use of the data containing in the following documents:

statement of agricultural producer for issue of brands;

the report on use of the issued federal special brands which form is approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 11, 2012 No. 704 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2005 No. 785 and recognition No. 212 which voided orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 11, 2003";

source accounting documents of agricultural producer, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation about financial accounting;

b) the need for brands is calculated on each sample of the brands specified in the statement for their issue, in the form of calculation approved by this resolution, filled according to the procedure, determined by Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation;
