The Eurasian economic commission together with the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union by results of monitoring of law-enforcement practice of the procedure specified in Item 1 of this decision to bring in the IV quarter 2016 of the offer on its amendment, including determinations of the concepts "temporary sanitary measures", "temporary veterinary and sanitary measures", "temporary quarantine phytosanitary measures", "reasons for introduction of temporary sanitary, veterinary and sanitary and quarantine phytosanitary measures" and "content of temporary sanitary, veterinary and sanitary and quarantine phytosanitary measures".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
