According to Articles 60-1, 121 and 122 and 151 of the Penitentiary code of Ukraine, article 48-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for cost recovery of maintenance costs of the punishments condemned in organizations of execution which is applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of expense recovery, the convicts connected with content to restriction or imprisonment (further - convicts) in organizations of execution of punishments.
2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Penitentiary code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About housing and communal services" and other regulatory legal acts.
3. Content of the punishments condemned in organizations of execution consists in creation of the proper material living conditions in term of imprisonment determined by the Penitentiary code of Ukraine and other regulatory legal acts.
