Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Rules of transportation of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors in the territory of the Russian Federation, and also execution of the documents necessary for this purpose approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 12, 2008 No. 449 "About procedure for transportation of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors in the territory of the Russian Federation and also execution of documents necessary for this purpose" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 25, Art. 2982; 2015, No. 33, Art. 4837):

a) to state paragraph two of Item 3.2 in the following edition:

"divisions of the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation or organization subordinated to the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation;";

b) in Item 11 of the word "and law-enforcement service" shall be replaced with words "or public service of other types", "Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words words "The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation".
