About approval of the Regulations on special status of the organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education

For the purpose of implementation of the subitem 12) of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About education" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on special status of the organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education.

2. Recognize invalid the following decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 5, 2001 No. 1398 "About approval of the Standard regulations on the state higher educational institutions having special status" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 39, the Art. 494);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2002 No. 733 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 5, 2001 No. 1398" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 21, the Art. 227).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
