in accordance with the terms of the Multilateral memorandum of consolidation of the debt of the Kyrgyz Republic signed on March 11, 2005 in Paris by representatives of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and representatives of the governments of the participating states creditors of the Paris Club (further hereinafter is referred to as - the Multilateral protocol),

for the purpose of further development and strengthening of friendship between two countries,

agreed as follows:

Article 1 of Category of debt

Provisions of this agreement will be applied to the following categories of debt:

- debt on the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation about debt restructuring of the Kyrgyz Republic on the public credits granted by the Russian Federation of December 9, 1996;

- debt on the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation about provision of public credit by the Russian Federation to the Kyrgyz Republic in 1997 of August 1, 1997;

- debt on the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation about settlement of debt of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation of July 6, 2001;

- debt on the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation about settlement of debt of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation on earlier granted loans of December 5, 2002.

Provisions of this agreement will be applied to the specified categories of debt regardless of the mechanisms of repayment established in above-mentioned credit and financial agreements.
