About approval of the Instruction on the organization of work of Service of fire safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

According to part seven of article 61 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine", for the purpose of implementation of single and system control over the implementation of fire safety regulations on objects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine I order:

1. Approve the Instruction on the organization of work of Service of fire safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which is attached.

2. To department of state-owned property and resources of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Shaliyevskaya L. I.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs - the chief of staff Takhtaya of A.V.
