About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2017-2019"

to non-tax receipts - 102 758 432 thousand tenges;

to sales proceeds of fixed capital - 1 398 507 thousand tenges;

to receipts of transfers - 4 651 373 253 thousand tenges;

2) costs - 10 740 128 973 thousand tenges;

3) net budget crediting - 191 542 795 thousand tenges, including:

budget credits - 273 866 697 thousand tenges;

repayment of budget credits - 82 323 902 thousand tenges;

4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 159 496 347 thousand tenges, including:

acquisition of financial assets - 162 396 347 thousand tenges;

sales proceeds of financial assets of the state - 2 900 000 thousand tenges;

5) budget deficit--1 547 862 421 thousand tenges, or percent 3,1 to country gross domestic product;

6) budget deficit financing - 1 547 862 421 thousand tenges.

Article 2. Provide in the republican budget for 2017 of receipt of the rents for use of the Russian Federation of the Baikonur complex in the amount 37 950 000 thousand tenges and proving grounds in the amount of 6 612 870 thousand tenges.";

"Article 6. Provide in the republican budget for 2017 target transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount 1 534 565 234 thousand tenges on the purposes determined by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Distribution and (or) procedure for use of target transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan are determined based on the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

Article 7 to add 2) with part two of the following content:

"Establish since July 1, 2017:

1) the size of the state base retirement benefit - 14 466 tenges;

2) the minimum size of pension - 31 245 tenges.";

Article 8 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 8. Determine that the funds allocated for retirement benefits on age and retirement benefits for long service are provided taking into account increase in their sizes: since January 1, 2017 for nine percent; since July 1, 2017 for eleven percent.";

"Article 14-1. Distribution and (or) procedure for use of funds for compensation of damage to workers of the liquidated mines transferred to Karagandalikvidshakht limited liability partnership are determined based on the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

Articles 15 and 16 to state 6) in the following edition:

"Article 15. Approve reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2017 in the amount 137 105 624 thousand tenges.

Article 16. Consider that as a part of costs of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan funds for forming and storage of the state material reserve are provided in the amount of 8 710 511 thousand tenges with reflection in the income of the republican budget of means from realization of the material values issued according to the procedure of refreshening in the amount of 1 154 797 thousand tenges.";

To add 7) with Article 16-1 of the following content:

"Article 16-1. Consider that as a part of costs of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan means for transfer to National company joint-stock company are provided? азАвтоЖол" on accomplishment of agreement obligations of trust management of state-owned property in the amount of 43 738 098 thousand tenges.";

To state Article 19 in the following edition:

"Article 19. Set limit of government debt for December 31, 2017 in the amount of 11 200 000 000 thousand tenges.";

Appendices 1, 4 and 5 to the specified Law to state 9) in edition according to appendices 1, 2 and 3 to this Law.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
