Declare invalid the order of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services of September 11, 2012 No. 1206 "About approval of the Instruction on clerical work according to addresses of citizens in the National commission performing the state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 2, 2012 at No. 1682/21994.
