solved:

1. Approve the Program of cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in counteraction of illegal migration for 2006-2008 it (is applied).

2. Financing of joint actions of this Program is performed by the interested State Parties of the CIS by agreement within the financial resources which are annually provided in national budgets on the answering purpose.

3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the states which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from date of delivery to depositary of the adequate notice.

It is made in the city of Kazan on August 26, 2005 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
