About approval of the Regulations on the Advisory committee on the industry

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Advisory committee on the industry.

2. Declare invalid Item 2 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of July 19, 2012 № 112 "About the Advisory committee on the industry".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on the Advisory committee on the industry

I. General provisions

1. The advisory committee on the industry (further – Committee) is created under Board of the Eurasian economic commission (further – the Commission) according to Items 7 and 44of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (further – the Agreement on the Union)).

The committee is consultative body of the Commission on questions of industrial policy and industrial cooperation, including questions of realization of the main directions of industrial cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the Union) and applications by state members of the Union (further – state members) single rules of provision of industrial subsidies according to the Section XXIVof the Agreement on the Union.
