About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 28, 2015 No. 124

According to Item 6.5 of the Section XII of the actions plan on realization of the Main directions of development of the mechanism of "single window" in system of the regulation of foreign economic activity approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 8, 2015 No. 19, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 28, 2015 No. 124 "About organizational structure of the mechanism providing accomplishment of the actions plan on realization of the Main directions of development of the mechanism of "single window" in system of regulation of foreign economic activity" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 28, 2015 No. 124

1. Declare Item 3 invalid.

2. In the Regulations on organizational structure of the mechanism providing accomplishment of the actions plan on realization of the Main directions of development of the mechanism of "single window" in system of regulation of foreign economic activity, approved by the specified Decision:

a) add Item 10 with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) head of organizational and analytical expert group.";

b) the fifth Item 13 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Meetings of working group are held as required.";

c) add Item 29 with paragraphs of the following content:
