About modification of the Regulations on system of interdepartmental electronic document management

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on system of interdepartmental electronic document management approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 22, 2009 No. 754 "About approval of the Regulations on system of interdepartmental electronic document management" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 39, Art. 4614; 2011, No. 32, Art. 4840; 2012, No. 38, Art. 5102; 2013, No. 15, Art. 1791).

1. To add Item 1 after words of "state non-budgetary funds" with the words "and state corporations".
2. State Item 14 in the following edition:
"14. Creation of technical and technological infrastructure of interdepartmental electronic document management is performed by the organizer of interdepartmental electronic document management and (or) participants of interdepartmental electronic document management by the organization of communication channels from head node of interdepartmental electronic document management to nodes of participants of interdepartmental electronic document management, and also by creation of nodes of participants of interdepartmental electronic document management.
For the organization of communication channels of interdepartmental electronic document management the communication channels of the organizer of interdepartmental electronic document management and (or) communication channels leased by the organizer of interdepartmental electronic document management or participants of interdepartmental electronic document management from telecom operators are used.".
