About modification and amendments in the Order No. 346-O of 24.12.2009. "About approval of Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration"

Based on provisions of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000 and Item 8 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of Customs Service, approved by the Order of the Government No. 4 of January 2, 2007, and also for regulation of commodity export in prefential treatment I ORDER:

1. Bring the following changes in Chapter III "The instruction about filling of the customs declaration":

- Item 19 of the subitem and) to add with figure "36";

- Section "And." To add instructions for filling of the customs declaration of customs procedures of export, temporary export, re-export, transit with headings 36 and 40 of the following content:

"-COLUMN 36 - "PREFERINTE" – is used only in export/re-export cases for which preferential certificates of origin of goods are requested, the corresponding codes tariff preferences, according to appendix 10 to these rules fit in";

"-The COLUMN 40 "DECLARATIE SUMARA/DOCUMENT PRECEDENT" – is used only in cases of transit and filled in by description of number and total date of the declaration or the prior customs paper".

2. To management of development and information security and GP "Vamserinform" to enter necessary changes into the information system "ASYCUDA World".

3. To chiefs of customs bureaus to inform customs employees, customs brokers and customs applicants from own name of provision of this order.

4. To assign execution of this order to chiefs of customs bureaus.

5. To exercise control over execution of this order to Department of the income and customs control.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
