About approval of single form of the certificate on classification granted in case of release into the stream of commerce of the small size vessel meeting the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of small size vessels" (TR CU 026/2012), and rules of its registration

According to the paragraph eight of Item 5 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 9 of appendix №2 to the Regulations of work of the Euroasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Euroasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve the certificate on classification granted in case of release into the stream of commerce of the small size vessel meeting the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About the safety of small size vessels" enclosed single form (TR CU 026/2012), and rules of its registration.

2. Determine that:

a) till July 1, 2018 document creation about assessment of conformity of the small size vessel in form and according to rules which are established by the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union is allowed;

b) the documents on assessment of conformity of the small size vessel processed in form and according to the rules established by the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union till July 1, 2018 are valid before the termination of term of their action.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
