I. Appointment and scope

1. 2. These rules establish the requirements to safety in case of conclusion from operation of the block of nuclear power plant realized for its complete lifecycle.

3. The list of the reducings used in these rules is given in appendix No. 1 to these rules, terms and determinations - in appendix No. 2.

II. Basic provisions

4. Preparation for conclusion from operation of the EXPERT block shall be performed according to the concept of conclusion from operation of the EXPERT block and the program of conclusion from operation of the EXPERT block.

Activities for conclusion from operation of the EXPERT block shall be performed according to the project of conclusion from operation of the EXPERT block, the program of conclusion from operation of the EXPERT block, the program and the working schedule for dismantle of the equipment and systems of the EXPERT block.

4(1). control matching and necessary skill level of the workers (personnel) performing conclusion from operation of the EXPERT block;
