About modification of Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation

Add Item 120 of the Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 11, 2010 No. 138 "About approval of Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 14, Art. 1649; 2011, No. 37, Art. 5255), subitem "zh" of the following content:
"g) the permission issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in the procedure established by it to accomplishment of the international flights of the aircrafts relating to military products, made for delivery to the foreign customer.".
