About modification of Rules of calculation of the constituting price of capacity providing return of capital and operating costs

1. In paragraph seven of Item 2 of Rules of calculation of the constituting price of capacity providing return of the capital and operating costs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 13, 2010 No. 238 "About determination of price parameters of trade in capacity in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 16, the Art. 1922), the words "at least 8 years and no more than 10 years" shall be replaced with words "at least 7 years and no more than 11 years".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
