Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of transportation of goods by road transport approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 2011 No. 272 "About approval of Rules of transportation of goods by road transport" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 17, Art. 2407; 2014, No. 3, Art. 281).
