ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About liquidation of "Fund of Spiritual Development of the People of Kazakhstan" joint-stock company

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.10.2023 No. 865)

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Liquidate "Fund of Spiritual Development of the People of Kazakhstan" joint-stock company.

2. To transfer to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation the property of "Fund of Spiritual Development of the People of Kazakhstan" joint-stock company which remained after satisfaction of requirements of creditors to balance of Cossack Euyender _ joint-stock company.

3. To the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from Items 1 and 2 of this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 23, 2008 No. 1226 "About creation of "Fund of Spiritual Development of the People of Kazakhstan" joint-stock company.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
